01 Site Evaluation

Working closely together with our clients and the local authorities, we unlock the development potential of each site and from there workshop a shared project brief. Our team offers early concept Feasibility Studies, guidance and strategic insights to ensure all development opportunities are explored. These detailed investigations assist in supporting high-level cost considerations to guide informed decisions and establish a clear path forward.

02 Architectural Design

Our team follows each project from concept through to construction, drawing on over a decade of industry knowledge to promote a seamless design journey and consultant coordination. At Nulab it is our welcomed responsibility to guide you through the appropriate approvals and regulatory requirements which may otherwise be overlooked so that you can have an affirmed confidence each step of the way.

03 Interior Design

We approach Interior Design as an extension of the Architectural intent — a process we believe should run alongside Architectural Design and in close collaboration with our clients and suppliers. Often undervalued, the Interior Design process and selection form an equally important part within our projects welcoming our clients into spaces at the human scale. Our team ensures each surface has a thoughtfully refined visual and tactile presence, and as such a concise and detailed drawing set to match.

04 Planning & Building Permit Approval

Navigating Planning, Building and other regulatory approvals for you is part of our service. We manage all aspects of the approvals process with all relevant bodies whilst our experience in negotiating complex applications provides a streamlined process and reduces risk throughout delivery.

05 Contract Administration

We provide contract administration services throughout the construction phase to maintain design integrity, ensure compliance, and support timely, high-quality outcomes. Our team works in close collaboration with contractors to ensure the built result reflects the original Architectural vision.
